Made up of brothers Joe, Nick, and Kevin, the Jonas Brothers have fast become an American pop icon. Although all three brothers have found success together, their discovery began with Nick being discovered at the age of 6, while singing in a barber shop. This led to his first experience being signed by a professional talent agent and finding great success on the stages of Broadway. After performing in shows such as “A Christmas Carol”, “Annie Get your Gun”, “Les Miserable’s”, and “Beauty and the Beast”, Nick began working on a song with his father “Joy to the World (A Christmas Prayer)” which soon found its way on the Christian radio. Nick’s brother Joe soon followed in his footsteps and began a career on Broadway, however when Nick’s song found its way into the hands of Columbia Records President, Steve Greenberg, all three Jonas Brothers were signed to a recording deal.

In 2005, the Jonas Brothers began touring with several groups including Kelly Clarkson, Jesse McCartney, the Backstreet Boys, and The Click Five. The Jonas Brothers also spent time touring with Ally& AJ, The Cheetah Girls and The Veronicas.

The Jonas Brothers first album entitled “It’s About Time” was pushed back due to executive changes with their record company, but it did allow the Jonas Brothers the ability to collaborate with several talented writers such as Adam Schlesinger, Michael Mangini, Desmond Child, and Billy Mann. Even though the album was pushed back the Jonas Brothers firs single “Mandy” was released in 2005, and made its way on to Total Request Live on MTV, and was able to reach the number four spot. This marked the beginning of several features for the Jonas Brothers on shows such as “Zoey 101”, Cartoon Networks “Cartoon Mania”, and “The Pirates of the Caribbean”.
